I Think This Quote Means That You Can Think As Much As You Want, Good Or Bad, But Use Your Own Opinion Instead Of Listening To Others Criticism And Comments. It Is Ok To Think You Are Not All That Attractive, But Only If You Hear It From Yourself. You Shouldn't Rely On Everyone's Comments To Be Satisfied. If You Prefer Thinking Bad About Yourself, Then By All Means Do It. But If You Do, Don't Let A "Friend" Or "Associate" Help You Think For Yourself.
